Spring Has Sprung

Thanks Hetty for putting this in for all to read. She was a very good teacher and much loved by her students and staff. She will be missed.

Tribute to Kathy

Dear Colleagues,

The district is very saddened by the loss of such a beautiful person who devoted so much to her family, her students, and her community. Although we knew her battle was drawing to a close, it does not lessen the pain that we feel. Through our tears, we can remember her many contributions, and although it is difficult today, our happy memories of her will bring smiles for many years to come.

Calling hours for Kathy will be on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Flint Funeral Home on Wall Street. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 25^th at the Church of the Redeemer where Kathy was the organist. Her family is requesting that donations be given to the Valley School PTA, c/o Superintendent, Addison Central School, 7787 State Route 417, Addison, NY 14801.

I know that you join me in expressing our deepest sympathy to everyone in Kathy’s family.
